My research aims to better understand the ecology of prokaryotes in diverse environment from the Southern Ocean, hadal trenches or coastal seawater. More specifically I aim at understanding the link between prokaryotes distribution and their metabolic potential or genomic micro-diversity, using state-of-art Omic’s approaches.
